Creating an account with Bioscape is simple. Just provide required details and mail id and you’re all set! By setting up an account.

To create an account, users need to click on “Register” and fill in their name, email address and password or they can also log in via OTP.

Login to your registered account > Navigate to the “My Account” section. Here you can easily manage your personal data.

Your personal information is safe and secure with us. You are the only one who can manage and modify your information. Your data is kept private at all times.

Head to the “Sign In” section, scroll down to “Forgot password” and you will be redirected to a page where you can reset your password.

Order Status Related

After you have logged in, head to the “My Account” section and click on “My Orders” to track your order history.

Navigate to the “My Orders” section. Once there, you can click on the link for your specific “Order Number”. This will provide you with relevant and up-to-date details about your order’s progress and status.

Upon successfully ordering & receiving payment authorization, your order receipt will be acknowledged and the processing procedure will be initiated..

Following this, an email will be sent to you, confirming your order along with a provision of comprehensive order details. This email will include a unique Order ID and a list of the item(s) you have ordered.
